Jewelry Orders Our jewelry arrives in a complimentary jewelry box, made of recycled craft papers. For your convenience we accept payments via Pay Pal, check or money order as a valid form of payment. Make checks payable to: Kathleen Fairley. Please mail your payment to us at: Designs by Kate, 162 Old Depot Rd., Arlington, VT 05250. Orders will be fulfilled as soon as funds are verified. Checks printed with a P.O. Box address will be held approx. 3 weeks to verify funds unless a complete address and phone number are provided on the order form. Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with Service Charges, may be debited from your account.

Availability We work very hard to provide you with unique and inspired products. As a result, many pieces are     ‘one-of-a-kind.’ Most of these products are only available in limited quantities or require particular production lead times. When an item is no longer available we make every attempt to mark it sold on the site immediately. If an item is currently on the site yet marked sold, and you would like that item, we will make every attempt to recreate a similar item for you, but call first to discuss your preferences with us.
